RATTLE IN DASHBOARD - UNABLE TO REPAIR

My 1 year old Hyundai I20, developed a rattle in the dashboard - now 8 months later and 7 bookings into workshops, the rattle continues.

Scenario:

Alberton - Alberton Multifranchise
29 Aug '12 - Workshop secured loose front LHD door panel.
22 Oct '12 - Both front and upper shock mountings replaced and retorqued radiator fan.

Hyundai - Rosettenville (drove with foreman)
12 Dec '12 - Removed radio and cubby hole and secured all points and refitted.
04 Jan '13 - Retightened centre console/clock/dashbar/airvents/A-pillar bolts/cabi screws/radio and airvent screws.
15 Jan '13 - stayed in workshop for 2 weeks - padded inside dashboard where necessary.
12 Jan '13 - Retightened LHD door and window.
13 Jan '13 - Was told to bring the car back again - as the rattle seems to be coming from the clock section

I contacted for assistance, and was referred back to Hyundai Rosettenville, which I verbalised was pointless. I did however go back, and the vehicle was kept for 2 weeks, at great inconvenience to myself.

I am highly frustrated and am no longer prepared to keep going back to the dealership to repeat the process over and over.
