Hyundai Veloster Dashboard - Defective

I purchased a brand new Hyundai Veloster from Hyundai Milnerton.. The Dashboard looks like it has bumps and waves in the mould / shape.. the defect is so evident that passengers have asked me what is wrong with it.

I have taken it to Hyundai Milnerton where everyone who looked at it agreed that there is something wrong with it. After them taking photos to apparently submit to their head office .. I waited for three weeks for them to come back to me .. after several unsuccessful attempts to find out what is going on.. I eventually got someone from their workshop to phone me back.. he told me that they cant / dont want to replace the dash as it will cause rattles and that I will just have to live with the defect.. I asked for the sales manager (Frank Marshall) who told me that all the Hyundai Velosters they have on the floor has the same defect and that they cant do anything about it. I will need to lodge a complaint with their head office.

I feel that this is unacceptable and would like to know what I can do about this .. they basically just want me to go away and except this after paying good money for a brand new car one would think that they would try and fix the problem.
