CAR BREAK DOWN

I was driving to Rustenburg for my aunt's funeral and stopped by at Mall @ Reds in Centurion. My C class 180 2008 model could not start and after 1h30 minutes the car was towed. I requested that the car should be prioritised. On getting Graham (the workshop asst manager) after several attempts he said that my car cannot be worked on until I signed the job card, he was insensitive on the matter. Nobody ever told me about the signing of a job card, from Marisa, Karen and everybody that I spoke with at Mercedes Benz including the driver who towed my car. I did not have access to printing facilities or transport to get such document signed and given back. The car is under maintenance plan and I expressed my dissatisfaction and reported the matter to their customer care. The documents were sent through for my signature. Around 14h20pm Graham told me that the steering is locked and that I can only get it in 3-4 weeks. I requested that I speak to the manager (Joe) but was told that he is not at work. This was not the truth. Given my state of affairs of a family funeral and a lack of proper public transport Mercedes B could not assist me. In the meantime I have hired a car.
