AVIS DEDUCTS MONEY FOR PERFECT RETURNED CAR

After returned our rental car in perfect condition, Avis started to deduct R1700 for "accident excess" on the 26Jan, about 2 weeks after we returned the vehicle. After numerous calls, they admitted that they made a mistake and the money will be refunded (know when that will happen)

But wait there is more!!!

I just realised that AVIS made another deduction of of R2530.01 yesterday.

The best of all is, there is no customer care number you can find on the internet to log these type of complaints. I have completed numerous "call me back" forms, but no luck yet.
