I took my Peugeot 1007 to the service centre for them to find out what the problem with passenger sliding door as some times it wont open properly. I arrived at the service centre at 07h35 this morning. I waited for them to do the computer analysis to find the fault. At 08h40, a lady who was also waiting for her car walked down to where we could see the inside of the workshop. We stood there for 20 minutes and in that time no one even looked at my car or hers. The workshop supervisor came up to her and mentioned something to her about her car, he did not cay a word to me. As he was leaving, I asked him what was going on with may car, to which he said they are busy with it. When I told him no one has touched it for the last 20 minutes, he started get nasty, when I told him he was talking "" he walked away. I the had a word with the workshop manager and the rude women (white) also told me they were working on and I told her what I told the supervisor, she then started to through the book at me, eventually they found the problem and took 30 minutes to prepare the quote. It was disgusting show of customer care I ever has to endure, I will not go there again after the repair is done
