SHOCKING SERVICE AND USELESS MANAGERS

I have never in my life dealt with such incompetent people before, the supervisor whom I spoke to told me that he doesn't even know why the company deals with UNISA students as they make him sick, I was promised that i will get the books in 5 days time - but its it now a month and nothing seem to be happening and she sad thing about this is that there is nothing we can do do complain about their service they just don't care, I have literally begged them to do their job and give me my books as i need to start with my studies a.s.a.p. and all of the people I spoke to told me that they will see what they will do

Dealing with this company is such a pain and i hope in my life i will never liaise with it in the future, they, their call centre agents are the worst ever the service there is shocking to say the lest, I don't know that to do anymore I have exhausted all my options and it is sad that I still don;t have my books and it doesn't looks as it I will ever get them - so I ask from these clawns is that they must send the books to UNISA and I will get them myself.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE I BEG OF YOU PEOPLE
