My name is Travor Masindi. I purchased a vehicle from Audi Centurion, and I am requesting an appointment with you at head office to discuss serious concerns regarding its sale and condition.
The day after delivery, the rear bulb failed and was replaced. Within the same month, the vehicle experienced brake vibration at 80–120 km/h, which the dealer attended to. However, I also reported an unusual engine noise that was never investigated. Since then, I have faced several mechanical failures, many of which the dealership has denied responsibility for.
My investigation leads me to believe that no proper pre-sale inspection or maintenance was carried out. The most serious concern is the dealership’s claim that the vehicle had never been in an accident, a statement that the vehicle’s current condition clearly contradicts. I have shown this physical evidence to the branch manager, Mr. Cameron Howell, including during our last discussion on 12 August 2025, but he continues to deny it.
Although I do not have a third-party accident report, the vehicle itself provides clear and undeniable proof. I will also bring documents detailing the complaints that were attended to after delivery. I believe that once you inspect the vehicle in person, you will have a full understanding of my concerns.
