Incorrectly charged $24.99 to my account

$24.99 was charged to my account incorrectly. I cannot find a telephone number to reach customer service. This is the only way to try to contact someone. I have let my credit card know this is a fradulent charge. So I imagine they will stop payment. I don't know why companies do this to possible customers.
