Incorrectly billed and bad attitude

Daughters birthday was held at animal farm today.
1. Tea and coffee station not set up in time for party.
2. Tickets incorrectly issued at entrance to farm
3. Incorrectly charged for the day
4. When queried the bill, Owen argued the amount and then went to call supervisor. Who then argued the amount, and that i still owed R630, she then argued about who had come to the party, who her assistant and incorrectly tick off the list. She then promptly tore up my guest list and stormed off, about had 30 metres from me she screamed at Owen make sure that woman pays for the cokes, which i had already done.

When i booked the venue, i paid the deposit and for the tea station.

Definitely would not recommend this venue.
