My car was damaged and I want it repaired

I took my car to Powerglaze to be cleaned, the keys was locked inside and the staff tried to open the door by themselves - damaging both front doors. I had to organize Keyhole to open the car at my expense. This is totally unacceptable, I want a refund for the lock-smith account.
