I am really not happy with the length of time to deliver my parcel.

I spoke to Busi Mbewe who sounded like she didn't want to assist me, she merely said - it takes 5days for us to deliver.

Why does Sky net employ people who don't want to talk to clients?

What happened to going the extra mile for the client???

Really 5 days - My assignment is due on the Monday, 11th of FEB.

She told me that the parcel came on the 01 Feb 2013.

So if it will arrive tomorrow - that's 7days???

Is this good Service???

So according to Busi- its either tomorrow or Friday - this sound like she doesn't even know the correct dates - because its Thurs today.

So can someone ensure that my study material is sent out today still, PLEASE?
