Accident caused by eagle Express diver

In a accident 2019 I have footage of the truck that made a illegal turn in two lanes that caused the accedent. I included the pictures from the accident.

I have no legal representation as I can't afford it since covid and I am unable to work. I have been in contact with the company but has been given the run around since the accident by the consultant a Anton Benjamin since 2019.
I am at a lost for words or what to do till date I was not helped after communications and calls which I have recordings from. Documents and repair quotes, accident report I went and got since the accident. Eagle Express has not taken any responsibility or had there insurance fixed my car since I forward all my doc's, picture and footage to them.
My car is now valued at 5k after the accedent
It was something that I kept and maintained for about 10 years now and would be valued at about 150k by now.

There response was that the driver does not work there anymore or that the insurance will call me its been very quiet since covid and my car is just standing here nothing is getting done.
