After having an Skynet driver ram into me and having to do the hole accident report I finally tried getting through to Skynet worldwide express client service to give them the accident case number I tried to reach them more than three times in a timespan of 30 minutes. The receptionist putted me through to a person named Mark and twice he cutted me off or told me he is busy can he phone me back without getting any of my details. this is frustrating because of their driver my car is damaged and they give me the worst service ever just to handle my claim!!! this is unacceptable as I am not the one that caused the accident some customer service will be nice!!!
