Fraudgilent signature

I Was involved in an accident in 2013, as I was seeking medical assistance and taken to hospital. A1 assist towed my car without my authorization. when we checked the slip that was given to my a friend. we found that the signature was mine of the friends. The brake down driver told my friend that I had signed for it. That was not true. the demanded a R7500.00 for the realize or the car. I then open a case of theft. The matter is still not resolved. What do I do.
