No refund for goods returned

Bought an engine through Ensource, all was fine until engine proved unsuitable. I had costs to return the engine and pleaded with the supplier to refund me. After months they refunded me what Dillon Beukes had paid them less 15% handling fees. He still owes me R 10, 000. He makes promises he never keeps. Don't deal with him.
