Service Dept - No call to collect car after servic

Nobody in the service dept bothered to call me when my car was ready. Quick to call earlier to try and sell new wipers and de-sludger for the oil! Many excuses for not calling despite a poster on the wall saying that they don't ever make excuses and believe in honesty to the customer!!! Will try a different dealer next time and hope for honest and efficient service!
