What a disappointing service and False promises!

Courierit was supposed to deliver my package on the 09Arpil2013 (Tuesday) but i have since been given endless excuses, it's iether it's on the way or the car broke down thats been the excuses the past two days now and i still no delivery. What kind of courier company is this, i mean nobody bothers calling to update me on the delay instead i have to call them to listern to the same excuses. They should make it a priority to assist their clients that s basic client service.! I will never recommend this company to anyone... Off!!!
