Waiting in the cold

Just had bad experiences with Ford Alberton (barloworld) took my car in for a service this morning. I asked them if they will come and collect me when it was ready as i would not have any transport. They said that they would phone as soon as it was ready. Needless to say when i did not get a call at 4h30 i phoned and asked about my car, the service dept said it was ready and that they would sent simon the driver to collect me. I am still waiting! I should have known second time that i have had problems with them! They have the poorest client service ever!
