Long queues on arrival. Despite having 3 receiving bays, only 2 are open. Service book was then stamped and given back to me. This is before the car is even booked in Is this not illegal? I asked what time I can expect to collect my vehicle as I need to make work arrangements - he says 4.I arrive back before 4 (as I figure we can go through the admin, payments etc. while I wait the ten minutes for my car.) I am told to sit down, service manager eventually comes to me at 4:15pm but not to start discussing my invoice or start with admin/payment. No he casually tells me my car will be ready at 5:30pm. I remind him of my promise that it would be ready by 4pm and that I have work commitments. He then says he will see. He comes back a while later and says he will hurry things up and my car will be ready in 15 mins. 15 mins later my car is still not ready (in fact I can see it the work bay still being worked on). At 4:55 he eventually kick starts the admin process which is basically me just paying. He tells me they cant sort the oil leak as they would need more time. He does not talk me through the He does not talk me through the invoice at all. In fact I don't even receive one.
