Cancellation not completed by admin and i'm paying

I cancelled my membership and paid the full amount that was owing. But as usualy a monthly subscription fee was charged to my account including a late payment fee. Now noone seems to know who i can contact in order to get my money reimbursed. All the people i try to talk to are just rude and not helpful. My advice, if one decides to join planet fitness, you should know that thier admin is very incompetent and they do not know what they are doing. so be ready for admin issues. I've had my fair share and i'm now done with all this
