Since the 20th of Dec 2013, i'm still wiating for my brake's problem to be resolved. I;m still driving arround with this brakes and if they fail and somethinghappened to me, please note that it will be Renault crossing who will be liable for anything that will happen to me or my car.
I responded to this email asking them to call me instead, till now I;m still waiting:

I spoke to the foreman, I gave him all the jobcards, would it be possible for you to come in during the course of next week so that he can have a look as he explained to me there can be numerous reasons why the breaks had to be replaced so often.
