Avis Pietermaritzburg has an appalling service

For a period that I did not have my car, my insurance company at the time had arranged with Avis car rental in Pietermaritzburg on my behalf to give me a car for 30 days. This happened in April 2013 .To my surprise when I took I did not notice the scratch on the car for I was in a hurry to get my kids home as it was late. I took the car back to their office to notify them together with my husband and wrote my comment on the documents they gave me. Today I find myself been called and sent emails by credit works compapny saying that I owe avis. I then called my insurance company to find out what happened and they too like me never received any complaint from avis. How dare avis never treated me fairly with the respect they give when they receive money after all I was a client who was referred to them. My consumer rights were taken for granted and wish to not conduct business with them ever again and so I've told those around me.
