An Avis customer drove into me on the 13th of October. I started, with the help of my insurance company, an insurance claim within a week and a half of the accident. To date, I have heard nothing from Avis, even when I try to contact Sonia Fourie and Lee Stone directly.
I will avoid Avis rentals in the future, and will urge everyone I know to do the same.
