I was debited for R449.99, I called AVIS to find out what it was about and was told by Theo it was for e-tolls, I asked her to send me the itemized billing so I could view it, she sent me an invoice with a 1 liner. I called back and Solly Semoka helped me with the correct statement I was looking for, upon reading it I discovered that I was being charged normal rates, yet the vehicle was fitted with an e-tag, I called AVIS again and spoke to Theo who told me I NEED TO CALL SANRAL AND QUERY with them, which is ridiculous coz i signed a contract with AVIS and they are the ones who debited me, she then told me to hold and found out that AVIS charges an admin fee for etolls, and that i should read my contract clause 13, she was rude and arrogant. I read the contract and there is no clause on e-tolls, I called back to speak to her and she was apparently "busy", I then spoke to another lady who referred me to the branch.
