Picking up a Car at Rustenburg AVIS is always a hassle, I always have to wait for more than 40 minutes before getting a Car, the Manager is not passionate about client service, on the 27th of November 2013, I had a Reservation for 12h00, upon my arrival, the Manager told me that they don't have my preferred Car Group (and this booking was done 2 weeks in advance), and that there's nothing that she can do, I was forced to put my life at risk and drove off with a faulty car to Pretoria (luckily Menlyn Branch exchanged the vehicle for me), and today I had another reservation with them for 14h00, before the contract was printed I advised the lady who was assisting me not to give me a Car that doesn't have a mobiliser, the lady proceeded with the printing of the Contract without taking my requests into consideration, I then refused to sign the Contract, she went to her Manager, and the Manager was busy shouting at me asking me who the I think I am, she was even pointing fingers at me, this kind of behaviour is highly unacceptable and might put the company's reputation at risk, I have always preferred Avis, but after these incidents, I am having second thoughts :-(
