REFUSED A VEHICLE!!

I booked 2 monthly vehicles at Avis in Bloemfontein and x1 vehicle for 10 days from the 05Feb14.

When I got to Bloemfontein on Monday, the manager and area manager refused to give me the cars. They say I can't pay for two cars even though I have 5 different credit cards.

I was so embarrassed as I had my employees with me from overseas, I even informed the manager that I have 6 other cars on rent with Avis and I am in the process of opening an account with the sales people from Cape Town.

Despite all of this, I was still refused to take a car and had to go to Dollar thrifty to get two vehicles hassle free.

Avis says they trying to make things easier for customer to rent but I don't see that at all.

I am disgusted and embarrassed by the management fo Bloemfontein airport and this had led me to cross question the "number one car rental company" that is suppose to have the best service.

I don't see how any company can refuse business especially from a loyal customer that has been renting monthlies for over 2 years already.

My record speaks for itself, I spend more than R70, 000 on vehicle hire every month I am sure there are other companies willing to take this revenue.
