Terrible response and even worse service

I work for a clearing and forwarding company in Johannesburg. I have a client who needed cargo delivered urgently, so we decided to courier this from our overseas agent to save on time. Cargo arrived at DHL depot on the 03/02. I contacted Bongani Manana in operations on Monday (04.02.13) morning to advise we were the clearing agent handling this shipment and documents were to be handed over to us and we were to be invoiced. He advised that he was busy with the invoice and would send shortly. Nothing was received.
After 4 calls and stating my email address numerous times on the 05.02.13 to both Bongani and Peter Mashabela, this was still not resolved and documents were still not received. At 16:22 a set of documents were eventually received, to be find out they were incorrect and not for us. This is the worst service and incompetent employees I have ever experienced or dealt with.
I don't want to think about when I eventually do get documentation and need to draw cargo, the level of intelligence I will have to deal with.
