Disgusting service and horrific excuses!!!

For all you pet lovers out there think twice before booking your pet with SAA!!!
I came to Brazil in December 2012 and booked my cat in as cargo on SAA, I was told by the S.A cargo team about the documents that I needed to organise and present to them before the departured flight which I had organised and done succesfully. Attached is the price I had paid to book my cat as cargo. Everything went smoothly and I paid R1220 I am now ready to go back to South Africa with my pet leaving in the same box that she had arrived in Brazil with and am being told by the cargo department here that I NEED to have a broker or cargo agent in order to have my cat booked onto a flight as they will inform me of the correct documents which I ALREADY know what is needed from me as I have been in contact with the department of Agriculture in South Africa and Brazil. I AM BEING CHARGED CLOSE TO R9000!!! just to have my cat booked as cargo on SAA from Brazil to South Africa!!! NO ONE from SAA bothered to tell me when I left S.A that I would be forced into getting a cargo agent and they dont bother to help me to resolve this but tell me that it was MY responsibility!! Pathetic it was my first flight!
