POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Their driver JEFFERY is extremely rude

I have been waiting for a package to be delivered since 9 Jan 2013 in the JHB CBD area

I contacted 011 552 1490 6 times yesterday 04/02/2013. I was told my package would be delivered between 9am and 5 pm yesterday BUT STILL NO PACKAGE

I finally got put through to the driver and when i told him i need my package he dropped the call in my ear

This is extremely unacceptable

DHL never gives me problems nor does Time Freight

I am extremely disaapointed
