On 3 July 2013 I went to CT Fedex to courier some documents. I spoke to Lynn Davids. I paid for the documents to be sent and to be collected and returned to me after processing.

When I arrived home, I realised that I had written the incorrect recipient address, and I called Lynn to change the address. She took it telephonically. But she changed it incorrectly and my documents were sent to the incorrect address.

On the 16th, I contacted Lynn to arrange the collection.

On the 18th, I still had not received it, so I contacted Lynn. She told me they had tried to pick it up the previous day, but they were not able to, because they were not able to contact the people it needed to be picked up from. Their telephone numbers were on the delivery slip, though. I gave her the numbers again. I also asked her to contact me when it has been arranged. She did not call me back.

On the 19th I tried to contact Lynn again to find out where my documents are, but she was off. The customer service center could not find my tracking number, and said a collection has never been arranged.

Why did Lynn lie?

I needed these documents urgently for a VISA, but because of her I had to change my plans.
