Poor Service TNT Clearing and Forwadind

I imported a car from Japan and had TNT Clearing do the clearing and forwarding of my vehicle in Durban. Before receiving my money they would call me with updates on the process. My car arrived on the 27th of June 2013 and was informed that after a week I would have received my car. 2 weeks went by and I had not received my car with no clear communication from the clearing company. When I received my car it had no radio in it and I called the clearing agent notifying them of this as the windows to the car was open. They notified me that they would look into the matter and advise.

I then queried the mater and the clearing agent told me to write a report and the missing contents for my car which I did. When i asked again about my radio I was told,

I have tried to settle a deal for him that my boss had agreed to pay him back if he imports his next car, as he had said, but he refused the deal cause the shipping line agency has refused the matter saying maybe the guys at the port are the ones who it, cause as an agent we don't get into the harbor so if anything goes missing it's the shipping line whose liable.

They refuse to take responsibility and I will not get my radio
