No Parts for a comman car on our roads

I Have a 2012 KIA Soul and i bumped a tow bar in a parking lot and unfortunately the radiator and condenser were dented as well. however KIA SA has no Condenser in stock and I now have to hire a car that has a R7500 excess when on my insurance i have a R1000 excess and i must now wait 21 days for the part to arrive... I REFUSE, if other car brands can fly their parts in over night then so can KIA SA, i will not be inconvenienced by a company that cannot plan for parts on a car that is actually very comman on SA roads.

I expect that this gets done with immediate effect as I cannot recieve my new car withouth the old car being repaired... this is unacceptable!
