Thank you so much europcar staff what a service you gave me this past weekend. I booked a car online for the weekend and when i went to collect the car on saturday the where same issues and Mr Malven Renchenburg failed to assist me instead he was full of attitude than to serve me according but i did'nt allow him to stop my planned trip and i was dissapointed to find that he is a team leader. I just wonder how does he treat the stuff but i am not there. then called the call centre while still at the airport and a call centre agent who goes by the name of Malesedi assisted me well and professional and even went an extra mile and she told me to go collect the car and on top of that she did a followup with me if i got the car, lady you good keep up the good custumer service, I did"nt go back to Mr Malven i was assisted by the lady who goes by the name of Bongi Shabangu and she did everything with good attitude and smile i will definately come back to Europcar what a service i got. Thanks to Bongi and Malesedi as for Mr Malven please fix your attitude when dealing with client you gona chase customers away.
