Supplying wrong parts!

I bought a lot of parts from the dealer last year to self service my vehicle. The total amounted to about R4000.00. My father did the service on the car and the other parts were left until there was enough time to do. After a month or so we replaced the aircon fan, to find out that they supplied the wrong fan. I took the part back, they insisted on the slip, which I went and fetched at home. They gave me the correct part, wich I was happy about but now I already made 3 trips to them for an error they did. Now I wanted to replace the waterpump to find that was also the wrong part. Same story, went to Krugersdorp but they need the slip, again. Only this time I could not find the over used slip and was told sorry we cant help you. I can understand that you need the slip as proof of purchase, what I cant understand is WHY DO THEY SUPPLY ME WITH THE WRONG PARTS? Now months later my car is standing in the garage, stripped and I must re-purchase a part that was wrongly supplied in the first place. If it is 1 error, ok, we all make mistakes, but this seems to be comman practice to supply the wrong part (so you have to come back) if you do not have stock of the right part.
