BMW ON CALL ...? MotorPlan ...? What a Joke!

My cousin had a puncture. Whilst attempting to change the tyre, the wheel nut split into two pieces upon our attempt to remove it. BMW ON CALL had the audacity to tell him to pay for the towing of the vehicle which is under a motorplan because the BMW ON CALL mechanic dispatched couldn't fix it. We sat and waited approximately 3 Hours for a rollback to come and fetch the vehicle. When I asked the driver of the towing company how long ago did BMW ON CALL give him a call, he said "10 Minutes before I arrived". The BMW ON CALL's so-called "Supervisor"-A gentleman by the name of Innocent (who chose to withhold his last name when I mentioned to him that I am going to put this on Hello-Peter) conceded that he placed the call 01H25... We were waiting from 23H00 the previous night. Is this incompetent service that we're paying for when we buy a vehicle with a so-called "MOTORPLAN"??? I WILL NEVER BUY BMW based on this experience. We called you at 11PM, and you dispatched the truck at 01H25?? Innocent, You my friend need to sharpen your pencil and stop acting so innocent. All calls are recorded so, Mr. Sakkie Venter and Mr. Anthony Gruijters, you gentlemen have a lot of homework to.
