Good Day

Please be advised that I have been a loyal client of Avis. Your service has always been good and im dissapointed to hear that you will be charging customers full rates, not discounted rates. One can understand that an organisation as big as Avis must adhere to the rules hence you crumbled and bought the tags, but i dont understand why you have to charge us, your customers, the full price even though your fleet is tagged!

I will unfortunately not be using Avis any longer, I will insist that my organisation not use Avis any longer either and i'll also be sure to communicate this to all my family, friends and acquintances and anyone else i know for that matter.

Hopefully the loss of clients, you will recover from your e-tag rip-off charges to the remaining clients
