BUDGET OVERCHARGES AGAIN FOR FUEL ON A FULL TANK

I rented a Chev Spark in September 2012 and was surprised to be billed an extra R95 for a car I had just refilled. (This matter was eventually resolved in my favour after being snottily told due to their policies & proceedures this "error" could never happen!)

I have now just rented a Toyota Corolla 1.3 and see I am again charged R234.48 on a tank I had filled to to the brim at the SKYSTOP Petrol Station at the airport. This time I took photo's of the fuel gauge when returning the vehicle.

Things are now going to get ugly unless I am remimbursed immediately with a full apology & explanation! (On this booking a previous Corolla I was handed the keys to had almost 50 000 km's on the clock and was clearly NOT full. I took the keys straight back to the depot (without driving it, only turning on the ignition) and showed an iPhone picture I took of the clearly NOT full tank! This matter was handled very swiftly & I was given a replacement car with a FULL tank. Out of curiousity I drove the vehicle 140km to where the gauge was showing when I was handed the keys to the prior FULL TANK!
