First Car Rental
I was billed additionally when I shouldn't be

I rented a car from the 14th to 17th March 2013 which I booked via the SixT website. I opted to prepay all amounts on the website, including a Contract Fee which is on the reservation I have. Additionally, upon returning the car... I asked the attendant to come with me to the petrol station to refill with me as I have had issues before. He told me to go to the petrol station and fill to the brim. I did this, and upon return he said I wouldn't be charged extra.
That evening I received an invoice charging me for another Approximately 5.8 liters after I had put in over 30 liters and was told I would not be charged further.
Additionally, on the invoice I was charged a contract fee of R60... however, I already prepaid this in my reservation through the SixT website.
I did e-mail Kubashnie about this, but obviously she never replied.
