I booked my car in for a service Saturday, 2 February 2013. The lady confirmed twice that I need to be there at 7.30am. I was there at 7.30am. There was not a soul there to assist me. I saw someone in the garage however, despite noticing me a few times, he went on his way. I, then called the emergency contact 0825742390 and spoke to someone named Morne`. He was very nice and said he would get someone to assist me. Then the staff member who was there asked if he can assist me, I explained the situation and he responded saying he cannot assist me and walked off before I could respond. Why could he not take my key and details and give it to the technician when he got in? Isn't that assisting a customer? NO he took no accountability at all. I expected Morne to give me a call back when he didn't, I called again and he said he left messages for someone. I had a client meeting at 8am - by 7.50am when I got no response or assistance I left. To date, Tuesday 5 February 2013, I have not heard from this VW about the incident. They made an error, they should have done right by the client in some way. I have given an example above. I am shocked at the customer service of this company. NEVER AGAIN!!
