Took my child's car for service. People there are so cold and unfriendly. From the lady who checked in the car to the man at the reception and his friend who only greets "ander soorte mense". Nobody contacted me to tell me who my service consultant is. Only when I called around16h00 the lady supposedly my consultant start by lying saying she tried to call me. when I asked how far they are with my car she says it is almost ready. Then at 16h49 I get an sms saying I must collect my car by 17h00 as they are closing. I asked for a lift from a friend rushing through traffic, trying to call the dealer for in case Im late and the phone rang unanswered. Luckily I arrived at 17h00 and was told my consultant was Mary and she had already left. My car was parked outside gues it would have spend the whole day there. Dont know what was serviced on my car and if those things I raised were even fixed. Pathetic pathetic service. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE.. I refused to be treated like rubbish, I work hard for my money which pays your salary Mary.
