In August 2012, ADT contacted me about failed debit order. I gave thm new banking details & on 04.10.2012 I paid R975 for the months tht were outstanding (June, July &Aug). To my surprise, ADT still went back & debited the old acc which was no longer in use & was now costing me money. On 26.03, got an sms tht the account had been suspended. Within 2 hrs of the sms, contacted thm & spoke to Zandi who confirmed receipt of new debit details on 28.08, confirmed receipt of R975 on 04.10.12 bt acc ws outstanding since July 2012. She thn referred to Mary for more info who ws nt available bt would return call. I called again on 27.03.13 & went thru to the same Zandi who ws surprised tht Mary hd not returned the call. She later told me Mary ws not available still, I asked to talk to her manager, Anette according to Zandi, who ws also nt available, then I asked for Anette's manager, Alida. After 27 mins of holding, thn Mary was suddenly available. Mary denies receiving my updated banking details in Aug. Mary's argument is tht our debit order hs been returned since June 2012.I also find it ridiculous tht ADT only hs 1 no linked to acc after prividing 2 alternatives!
I WANT THS CONTRACT CANCELED IMMEDIATELY
