Appalling service, no response to complaints

Ordered and paid for a less than 2 year old Nissan 4x4. We got a 3 1/2 year old well dented Toyota Hilux. It didn't come with items in the contract, e.g. compressor, tinted windows or metal rear canopy. Their attitude was "take this vehicle or go away". They didn't explain how the vehicle worked, e.g. locks, satnav, etc. We had the vehicle for a month - so obviously paid a large sum to hire. On return of vehicle manager and staff disinterested, manager just walked away. We were told to take it up with head office but despite three letters to them we have no response. Our advice - DON'T TOUCH KEA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES as you won't get what you paid for, you won't get any recompense.
