I bought a new car from Autobahn BMW in late 2012. Part of the spec was that my windows be tinted. The car was delivered without tinted windows. I then arranged for it to be tinted the following week. My Garmin was in the vehicle at the time. When it was returned to me it had been replaced with another GPS device with the persons's home address stored on it. I told the salesman what happened and gave him the address that was stored on it. For me it was as simple as checking who worked on the vehicle and confirming whether their home address matched the address I had given them. To date I have not received any response from the salesman after he promised to follow up. I escalated it to the Dealer Principal and Head of Sales and they too ignored me.

It's very dissapointing that once the money has transferred to them, they dont care about customer service.
