I was financed by Wesbank last year but end of may i decided to Buy a new vehicle and trade the old. My problems started. The vehicle was trade at Mccarthy Nissan Germiston and the new vehicle was financed by Wesbank. The dealer didn't settle old vehicle immediately but settled it on the time frame of the settlement. On the same month my bank was deducted with monthly installment of the old vehicle i traded. I complained to the dealer about this until i received an email from Wesbank Customer Service Centre (AK) that my money will be paid in 72 hours ref :29415412 that was on the 07th of July. I'm writing this cause its the 11th and still no money.

Are they expecting that end of this month i will pay for two vehicle that i don't have and what happens to we finace only according to what you afford. If i didn't pay them will they have left my vehicle or will they have send their goons to fetch it? WHAT HAPPEND TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROMISES? CAN I AS CONSUMER OFFER THEM THE SAME SERVICE BY NOT PAYING MY VEHICLE? 40 YEARS OF WHAT? EMPTY PROMISED OR WORST SERVICE.
