These people do not refund deposits!

They say deposits are refundable but are in fact not so... READ there contracts properly, they hold you responsible for damage caused by lack of maintenance from their side

If for instance you drive back from your holiday destination be sure to first take this man with you for a drive in your car to show him that the caravan has no "vibrations" otherwise they will charge you for tires!! ALSO CONVENIENTLY IN THE CONTRACT

Secondly, check all the window arms used for holding the windows open, that they are in fact not stripped because if the window falls out because of this YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK

Also when they tell you the fridge takes a long time to get cold, do not believe them because the fact is the fridge is so old and not maintained that it does not even cool your water

Be warned when dealing with these 2 people, they are crafty and out to your money!!
