Service failure

Monday i called RTT (who have terriable phone lines were you can barely understand what the are saying half the time) at 11:00am to enquire as to the time of the delivery, the transferred me to a driver who was not even doing the deliveries in my area and was unable to help me.

The next call i was placed on hold while they attempted to locate the correct driver who had my parcel, i was then told that they couldn't but would phone me back shortly - i am still waiting for THAT phone call. The next call to them got me through to a gentleman named ignacious, who managed to trace my parcel and speak with the driver, he said that he was in Kempton park and would deliver to me in the next half hour. I called ignacious back 45min later still with no delivery taken place, he said the driver is in Kempton Park, clearly not sticking to the prior arrangement. After a further phone call i was told that m parcel would be delivered any time between now and 5pm.
RTT clearly have no interes in sticking to promises that they make to their clients!
