Refund for my deposit

I would like to lay a complaint regards my refund that i have not received, I returned the car on the 2nd of January 2014, and I was due to get my refund 48th hours later, to date I have not receive my refund. I contacted Avis call center spoke to Mando on the 08/01/2013 who advise that I would get my money on the 8th and nothing came through, called again and spoke to Dudu Mdluli who advised that I would received cash on 10th January 2014. Today it is the 13th and I still have not received anything please assist as soon as possible
