REFUND!!!

I had a curtesy car which a brought back 29 January 2013.I paid a deposit of R750.00 which was agreed to be refundend with 6 days. After 8 days I still waiting for my refund from Avis. When I spoke to the lady called Thembi in call centre on wednesday 06 Feb2013, she told me she will check why my refund is delays which she will call me back which she didnt call. I called her 07 February 2013 which she told me the refund is going to be done today (ie 07 Feb 2013) hence I have to wait another 2 to 3 days for the money to be clear. I feel this is!!When you have to bring the car Avis want you to bring on the day otherwise they charge you however when we had to get our refund we must dance for their tune. Iam not happy with the service from this company, I am not getting any joy either. I dont want to deal with Avis in any other future I will never even refer somebody to do business with Avis!!!
