Jaguar km tampered

I bought a Jaguar in 2012 with 84000km on the clock I drove it up to 86300km and resell it. It was brought back by the buyer because in the service book it was serviced at 98000km in 2011 already!! I took it back to Mr F Dangor owner of Speedy Car Sales Klerksdorp and was informed he must contact the person of wich he purchased the car from. I also paid R7000 for a warranty wich would have been voided should I have any claim, because the km reading in the book is way higher than current odometer reading
