FEEDBACK AFTER READING 'HELLOPETER' REPORTS

As much as I sympathise with them, I am so grateful to all the consumers who have taken the trouble to report the problems that they have experienced with Jaguar SA and their dealerships.

There are two things I'd like to say.
1. The fact that Jaguar SA does not respond to reports of poor service on HelloPeter just turns my stomach. I'm about to retire and was hoping that my last car purchase would be 'my all-time dream car' - having saved the capital needed, over many years, to buy one cash... a Jaguar. I came here to look into the general opinion of the consumer relating to owning a Jaguar. I've never had one and from what I had previously noted, one would obtain a lot of car for the buck... but I've now learned that the re-sale value of a Jaguar is a losing deal... and as a negative bonus, owning one introduces the consumer to a special breed of trauma; something I really don't need. I'll stick to my 1991 Toyota Corolla 1600Rsi Twincam Executive.

2. Remind me not to buy a Jaguar if I ever think to do so in the future.

I confirm that I am not a bona fide customer of Jaguar SA.
